Interior design services for an approximate 121,541sf corporate office / R&D / warehouse building including administrative and corporate offices, conferencing facilities, cafeteria, fitness center, machine shop and warehousing. Specialty spaces include a Surgeon’s Showcase display area and Cadaveric Lab that are used for instruction and demonstration of medical procedures. Other areas associated with research and development of medical devices include a biomechanical room for lifetime testing, quality control and a machine shop.
The existing building was previously a high bay / distribution building with 8 loading docks which was converted to roll-up window walls allowing access to an adjacent, large exterior amenity area, which includes outdoor covered meeting structures, terraced amphitheater, bocce ball courts, basketball court, BBQ & fire pits, and numerous patios and gathering spaces.
