SCA has managed the programming, design and construction of Callaway’s entire facility portfolio since 1989, which has included multiple projects totaling over one million square feet.
The corporate headquarters is a two-story, 256,000 square foot golf ball manufacturing facility (previously completed by SCA) that was converted into the corporate headquarters in 2009. It consists of business unit office areas, a fitness facility, café, company store, club fitting, R&D and manufacturing/assembly spaces. It was phased and completed working around 600+ employees. SCA completed programming, workspace standards, space planning, FF&E procurement, finish selections, construction documents and construction administration.
