Project also includes large storage and truck trailer yard. Free standing new ground-up truck repair building with three (3) drive-in repair bays is also part of the project. The office building includes a large roof deck that is highly amenitized for employee and visitor entertainment, with inside / outside bar, casual seating, game areas and ocean views to the West.
