Renovation of an existing retail center involved the demolition of an existing theater and replacing it with a new 75,000 square foot, two-story, mixed-use (office over retail) building completed on a design/build basis. Whole Foods is a new major tenant within the repositioned center, which also includes a new 149,100 square foot, four-level parking structure.
