At 139,270 square foot this shell and tenant improvement project includes sales, marketing, customer service, and distribution warehouse uses. It is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council and awarded Gold Certification under USGBC’s LEED-NC program in 2008. This project has been written up in many magazines and won numerous awards including the SDG&E 2008 Energy Showcase Award – “Sustainable Communities Champion” and the 2007 SANDEE Award Winner – For Special Achievement by a Medium to Large Business.
