Redesign of the former Floral Trade Center into a multi-tenant, 140,735 square foot, creative office space sitting about a quarter of a mile from the Carlsbad beach required a unique approach in dealing with the 50 year old structure. The creative design has cargo containers for beach cruisers and a multi-colored one for the café. Additional amenities include a gym, a new interior courtyard/breezeway entrance, surfboard closet called “The Boardroom”, an amphitheater, and electric vehicle charging stations.
