The 26.1-acre multi-building complex features four warehouse buildings ranging from 40,000 square feet to 200,000 square feet in the Otay Mesa area near the US-Mexico border.
Building features include 32’ and 36’ clear heights, 90 loading docks, underground stormwater detention systems, and conditioned office space in each building.
