33,613 sf corporate headquarters for QDOBA Mexican Eats in the newly developed AMP&RSAND commercial office complex in the Mission Valley area.
Designed to provide an open, collaborative work environment with an abundance of shared spaces, the layout takes full advantage of the 360-degree views from the fourth-floor suite. The design aesthetics take their lead from the branding developed for the QDOBA restaurants, with an overall neutral finish palette providing the backdrop for the deep, saturated QDOBA orange and blue colors that distinguish them. Strategically placed wood veneers add natural elements and help to warm and soften the space. The 1,259 square foot, full-service Test Kitchen was developed based on the prototype standards QDOBA uses for their restaurants utilizing all of the same equipment and fixturing. The Break Room was designed to emulate the dining area of their restaurants with soft drink machines, reach-in coolers and a tap to serve a variety of after work beverages.
