SCA worked through several phases of expansion to obtain a brewing capacity of 62,000 BBL from an original capacity of 14,000 BBL. Expansion includes cold box, bottling line and additional fermenters and brite pads. Additional work includes reworking existing boiler, chiller and water storage and upsized CO2 capacity to 40 tons and coordination with Saint Archer to install waste water treatment system.
