SCA designed the site and building shell of the new office and lab campus located in the Arizona State University Research Center (ASURP) in Tempe, Arizona.
Phase 1 consists of the ground up built-to-suit 135,000sf office/electronics lab building, large courtyard/amenity area and multi-level parking garage. Phase 2 includes an additional ground up built-to-suite 120,000sf office/electronics lab building, additional multi-level parking garage, 20,000sf café and conference center and completion of the amenity/courtyard area. There is also a plan for the phase 3 of this project that consists of the development of the remaining 5 acre site.
Design of the campus and buildings is location and climate specific and includes sustainable and climate specific design features.
