White Labs is the premier creator and replicator of brewer’s yeast and produces yeast for most major craft brewers and for the home brewing market. Projects have included the complete remodel of San Diego’s 16,000 square foot manufacturing area, office area, the 2,500 square foot Analytical Lab and production area, as well as the addition of a 925 foot Tasting Room. Work included coordination with White Labs to install 60 BBL Brewhouse for wort and small beer production.
White Labs Asheville is a 32,000square foot facility with full yeast production capabilities, an analytical lab, packaging, shipping and receiving, administrative offices, training rooms for educational classes as well as a tasting room and boutique restaurant.
