Working with an outdated 13,700 square foot event center, SCA designed a contemporary tasting room, micro-brewery, restaurant and patio. Innovative 44,000 square foot “Work, Eat, Play” retail development on 4.45 acres. Arena Pharmaceuticals

Multiple campus projects including a 75,260 square foot, five-story shell and tenant improvement project to accommodate office use. Genesis Corporate Center

A campus consisting of small office buildings for sale totaling 102,000 square foot. The buildings are designed of concrete tilt-up covered in India Red Sandstone. The project is planned around a central quad with a rose garden as the focal point. Amenities include private patios with fruit trees, operable windows and covered parking.

Kelly Corporate Center

This 77,500 square foot, three-story concrete tilt-up office building is designed with a limestone veneer to provide an upscale presence.
