Exterior façade modifications to two existing tilt-up concrete buildings included the use of large format porcelain tile panels and new entry storefronts. Interior design renovations included the creation of two-story lobbies, and the addition of mezzanines.

First Citizens Bank
New building, exterior renovations and interior improvements for various bank branches throughout the States of California, Washington and Arizona. Projects are located in single occupancy buildings, multi-tenant buildings and high-rise buildings. Architectural services include feasibility studies, entitlement processing, design of interiors and exterior renovations. Project completed in association with Ptolemy Dean Architects, Inc.

Developed as income property for the City of San Marcos (client), this 30 acre – 270,000 square foot freeway retail site, is located at the southeast corner of San Marcos Blvd. and Highway 78. The project is anchored by Hobby Lobby, WinCo Foods, and Best Buy with other tenants including Staples, Chick-fil-A, In-n-Out, and Applebee’s.
