SCA designed this 411,000 square foot build-to-suit for the Scotts Company to house their lawn spreader manufacturing and distribution operations. The project includes a two-story 23,000 square foot office component, a 191,000 square foot high-bay manufacturing area for injection molding and assembly, and 197,000 square feet of warehouse space with 32 docks.
Towers at Bressi Ranch
Design includes 280,000 square feet of industrial/flex office condos, with stand-alone condo buildings ranging in size from 1,800 to 5,000 square feet, on a site totaling 20.8 acres. The unique design included several tower elements to add architectural reference for the project name. The Towers at Bressi Ranch was also LEED-CS Certified in 2009.
Carlsbad Innovation Ridge
A 55,570 square foot, single-story with mezzanine, industrial building on 3.75 acres. Torrey Hills Medical Dental Plaza
A 45,000 square foot Class ‘A’ medical office building located on a 2.59 acre site within the Torrey Hills Center. The project is supported by a two-level, 70,000 square foot parking structure connected by pedestrian bridge.
